I’m not impressed with Amazon this week. I was looking for iPads and (as you do) I checked ebay and Amazon just to see what they had.
I found they are showing Kindle Fire brand Amazon tablets as “Compatible” (shown to the left of my search). This is just wrong. The Kindle Fire tablets are not at all compatible with iPad software. Compatible is not the same as comparable (and that would be a streeeeetccch). This is misleading to the consumer. I try and recommend iPads over other tables because they have many advantages and quite frankly the only tablet which come close to being comparable, cost the same if not more.
Anyone who buys a Kindle Fire thinking it’s “compatible" with an iPad is going to be disappointed.
Bad show Amazon.
